Yes. You're welcome even while still looking for a site or deciding whether to renovate or buy. Send the area, use (office/retail/home) and location, and we'll share a cost range, schedule and key points.

Roughly what are the design fees?

It depends on scale and scope, but 8-12% of construction cost is a common range. We quote individually to your conditions.

What areas do you cover?

Tokyo and the greater Kanto area; more distant projects may be possible partly online, so please ask.

How is this different from an agent or builder?

We come from design: drawings, filing and site are one team, so the scheme doesn't drift through subcontracting; cost and schedule are written before work starts, and handover can be checked against the drawings.
